Administrator
Carrie Groulx, LNHA
Carrie has been the Administrator of Alden Lincoln Park since October 2007. Previously, she served as Assistant Administrator at Alden Long Grove Rehabilitation and Health Care Center and Admission Director and Administrator at Alden Estates of Barrington Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. She has worked in the long-term care field since 2001, including areas such as Healthcare Billing and Finance, Marketing, Human Resources and Administration and has worked as a nursing home administrator since 2003. Carrie has a bachelor’s degree in Science and a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Western Kentucky University. She has been a licensed nursing home administrator since 2002.
Director of Nursing
Alain Delaunay, RN, BSN
Alain Delaunay, RN, has been the Director of Nursing at Alden Lincoln Park since February 2010. He has nine years of nursing experience and leadership in a variety of clinical settings, including medical/surgical, psychiatric, rehabilitation, palliative care, cardiac care, long-term care and as a nurse overseas. He has previously worked as a Hospital Charge Nurse, Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON), Restorative Nurse, Rehabilitation Director and as a Project Manager for Doctors Without Borders. Alain received his bachelor’s degree in Nursing From Chutours University in Tours, France.
