Administrator

Carrie Groulx, LNHA

Carrie has been the Administrator of Alden Lincoln Park since October 2007. Previously, she served as Assistant Administrator at Alden Long Grove Rehabilitation and Health Care Center and Admission Director and Administrator at Alden Estates of Barrington Rehabilitation and Health Care Center. She has worked in the long-term care field since 2001, including areas such as Healthcare Billing and Finance, Marketing, Human Resources and Administration and has worked as a nursing home administrator since 2003. Carrie has a bachelor’s degree in Science and a master’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Western Kentucky University. She has been a licensed nursing home administrator since 2002.

Assistant Administrator

Allison Pease, MSHA, LNHA

Allison has been the Assistant Administrator at Alden Lincoln Park since January 2012. She began her career with Alden as an Administrator in Training. She has worked in the long-term care field since 2007, in the areas of social service and administration. Allison received her bachelor’s of science in psychology from Loyola University Chicago and her master’s of science in Healthcare Administration from Rosalind Franklin University of Science and Medicine. She has been a licensed nursing home administrator since 2011.

Director of Nursing

Aly McConville, RN

Aly has been the Director of Nursing at Alden Lincoln Park since August 2011. She began her career with Alden as a staff nurse at Alden Estates of Skokie in Skokie and came to Alden Lincoln Park in 2010. She was soon promoted to Nursing Supervisor of the sub-acute care unit. Aly received her nursing degree from Edison State College in Naples, Florida. She has nursing experience in a variety of areas and settings, including oncology, psychiatric, hospice and long-term care. Aly strives to ensure the entire nursing team provides the highest level of care and services to all patients and their families.
